• Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

• Technologies: Back end (Java, Springboot), Front end (React or Angular), Cloud (AWS)
• Responsibilities: Lead the establishment of development best practices, build out an engineering capability, foster a supportive engineering culture, and drive the setup of a small engineering team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Java, Springboot, React or Angular, and AWS
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to set up and build out an engineering team, set up best practices
• Passion for creating a friendly, supportive, and hardworking engineering culture
• Financial sector experience (preferred but not essential)
