The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for leading the development of the below solutions as well as any other initiatives or ad-hoc tasks that become the responsibility of the State ODS Program Team within the Ministry of Health. Applications include:
- Dynamic Statewide Ambulance Matrix
- Electronic Recommendation for Admission (eRFA) Portal
- Elective Surgery Demand and Capacity Dashboard
- Patient Flow Portal
- Patient Flow Dashboard
- Community Care Modules
- Clinician Billing Portal
- Revenue Portal
- All other State ODS Program initiatives as commissioned by NSW Health
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop a comprehensive design system, and efficiently oversee the technical components of all Projects with Azure DevOps while offering guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Manage and provision Cloud Infrastructure as code using tools like ARM templates and Terraform.
- Design and develop inventive enterprise solutions using tools such as Angular, PowerApps, PowerBI, MLOps, DevOps, FHIR API, ESB, and Azure Event Hub on either Azure or AWS platforms.
- Develop SQL Stored Procedures, AHDS, ADF Studio, Synapse Studio, or DataBrick to navigate intricate data workflows and conduct comprehensive analytics.
- Design and develop technical patterns and APIs that can easily be deployed and are scalable and reusable by junior developers.
- Optimise enterprise applications for maximum speed and scalability using different technologies.
- Develop and maintain applications within the scope using .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the Angular framework and Smart on FHIR to deliver modern and user-friendly experiences.
- Proactively report any identified issues or potential risks that may impact the timely delivery or quality of developed solutions to the Technical Architect.
