We're on the lookout for a driven Senior GIS / Application Developer to join our growing team in Sydney, playing a critical role in delivering our spatial solutions.
This role will lead software development teams and work closely with clients in helping to design Esri based technology solutions. Working closely with our growing executive team this position will also play a key role in our expansion of our national business.
With a focus on expanding business in New South Wales this position will also have the opportunity to travel and work with clients nationally. This position is an opportunity to grow with us - showcasing leadership and technical prowess.

We are looking for charismatic and talented people with experience managing and leading projects. Our ideal candidate has experience leading software development projects in the spatial industry and has contemporary Esri product knowledge.
You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic software engineers and GIS specialists to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in various industry sectors. You will also be part of a team that creates lasting contributions for communities with enterprise GIS solutions.

GP One Consulting are a specialised team of software developers that build bespoke enterprise applications by leveraging the smarts of location-based technologies. Geographic Information System experts, we work across all industry sectors to give spatial intelligence through web and mobile based applications. We work closely with the Australian Wine and Sugar agricultural sectors, Great Barrier Reef conservation organisations, Olympics 2032 Transport and Main Roads Analysis Teams, Koala and Crocodile Queensland Parks and Wildlife Teams, Local Governments and Mining, Forestry and Utility sectors.
With 20 staff, and offices now in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Townsville, Cairns & Bundaberg we have been growing rapidly off the back of highly successful large-scale projects and we look forward to growing our team further. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Crafting Innovative Solutions: Pro-actively crafting and developing solutions that bring business value to challenges faced by customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Helping clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing Esri based enterprise solutions
