AddressWe are looking for our next Senior Housekeeping Supervisor!
With a competitive salary and a great chance to step into an entry-level leadership role, this Full Time position, based at Mt Buller will give you the year round mountain experience, both snow and sun. You will provided with subsidised on-mountain accommodation in a twin share room.
Reporting to our Housekeeping Manager and as our Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and train our dedicated team in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of guestrooms and public areas. By adhering to the highest industry standards, you will ensure guest satisfaction at every turn.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise and train staff on standard operating procedures.
- Inspect rooms, apartments, and public areas post-cleaning and pre-guest arrival.
- Perform and assist with cleaning tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
- Report maintenance issues and handle lost property efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards and proper safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of food areas and handle cleaning supplies and equipment correctly.
- Adhere to all Resort policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
However, you’ll need to bring with you:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Full Australian driver's license required
- Supervisory experience highly valued
- Basic English skills needed for effective communication
- Customer service experience, especially in hospitality, is a bonus
- Physically fit: able to lift, pull, push heavy items, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible with early, late or weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights
