Agnico Eagle owns and operates the Fosterville Gold Mine which is located on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, approximately 20 kilometres east of Bendigo in Central Victoria. To be successful in this role you'll need at least 5 years experience in generalist HR roles, preferably at a Senior level.  

You'll have experience delivering good recruitment outcomes, and have a good understanding of employment legislation.

A tertiary qualification and experience in mining or heavy industry are advantages.

This role will be based at Fosterville Gold Mine.  The roster will initially be 5/2 with the possibility to accommodate a flexible work roster (5/2:4/3) once you settle into the role.

A competitive salary package will be offered commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications, knowledge and experience. 

A medical assessment, national crime check, and reference checks will all form part of the recruitment process.
