The Opportunity Joining the People, Culture and Change Team, you'll take on the pivotal role of Senior HR Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and strategic direction on employee matters.Working closely with the wider business and reporting into the well respected Head of People, Culture and Change, you'll support Line Leaders across a diverse portfolio of approximately 350 employees, spanning VIC, SA, and WA. As a generalist, you'll handle all HR operational matters, including employee relations/industrial relations, annual activities, leadership coaching, and involvement in strategic people projects. You'll also collaborate with the ER team on managing employee-relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary management, and complex compensation cases, ensuring productivity and minimising legal risk.
