The Human Resources (HR) team ensure contemporary and compliant HR and workplace health and safety management of DRDMW.
The HR team includes:
- HR Operations;
- Workplace Relations;
- Organisational Development; and
- Workplace Health and Safety.
working alongside staff, managers, and decision-makers to manage day-to-day HR tasks.
Your role will involve providing valuable advice and support to help us meet our business objectives and strengthen our workforce capabilities.
Some of your core responsibilities include:
- Assist HR Manager and Principal Consultant in delivering proactive HR services;
- Provide expert advice on HR practices and policies, analyse industrial instruments;
- Prepare reports, briefs, and other correspondence on HR operations;
- Contribute to HR strategy development and capability building; and
- Enhance team cohesion and capability through professional development & fostering a positive environment.
- Leave loading and up to 12.75% employer superannuation contributions;
- Flexible work arrangements, including the opportunity to work from home;
- Located in Brisbane city, river view office with just over 10-minute walk from Central station however other RDMW office locations will be considered; and
