The Human Resources (HR) team ensure contemporary and compliant HR and workplace health and safety management of DRDMW.
The HR team includes:

• HR Operations;
• Workplace Relations;
• Organisational Development; and
• Workplace Health and Safety.

As the Senior HR Consultant, you will be a key player in our HR Operations team,
working alongside staff, managers, and decision-makers to manage day-to-day HR tasks.
Your role will involve providing valuable advice and support to help us meet our business objectives and strengthen our workforce capabilities.
Some of your core responsibilities include:

• Assist HR Manager and Principal Consultant in delivering proactive HR services;
• Provide expert advice on HR practices and policies, analyse industrial instruments;
• Prepare reports, briefs, and other correspondence on HR operations;
• Contribute to HR strategy development and capability building; and
• Enhance team cohesion and capability through professional development & fostering a positive environment.
