The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced
Senior HR Functional Analyst to drive the business and strategic initiatives in Monash HR. In this role, you will collaborate with various HR and University stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning, analysis and programs supporting the implementation of the next Enterprise Agreement (EA) and upcoming employment legislative requirements into University Enterprise systems.This is a unique 12-month opportunity to partner with a dynamic team, leveraging your expertise to shape our HR practices and deliver solutions.
Key responsibilities of this role include:- Manage diverse business and functional analysis services
- Identify and address gaps in requirements within the current operational framework
- Validate business requirements, oversee user acceptance testing and implementation of operational solutions
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the importance of adopting relevant practices and policies
- Develop strong partnerships with various senior leaders and other functional areas of the University
About youAs the successful candidate, you will have:
- Substantial experience in business and functional analysis
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, propose innovative solutions and prepare high-quality technical documentation
- Experience with SAP or other Enterprise HR Information systems
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of general business processes in HR combined with knowledge of policy and legislation
