Senior Hr Generalist

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Generalist within a large State Government department to work as part of a small and collaborative team on a temporary assignment until July 2024.About the role:

• Work proactively to understand the business operations and HR needs
• Maintain knowledge of contemporary HR practices, seeking opportunities for improvements to business process in line with strategic and business direction.
• Research and analysis to develop advice, policy, procedure and strategic documents relating to complex employment matters.
• Participate in the management of a range of allocated employment relations matters, initiatives and projects that can include the management of dispute resolution and/or emergent issues.

About you:

• You will have Queensland Government experience.
• Previous Generalist HR advisory experience
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of employment and HRM relates legislation, client-centric approach, and your ability to demonstrate Vision.
• You will be able to lead strategically and make insightful decisions along with inspiring others.

• $69.68 per hour + super
