Maintain knowledge of contemporary HR practices, seeking opportunities for improvements to business process in line with strategic and business direction. Research and analysis to develop advice, policy, procedure and strategic documents relating to complex employment matters. Participate in the management of a range of allocated employment relations matters, initiatives and projects that can include the management of dispute resolution and/or emergent issues.
About you: You will have Queensland Government experience. Previous Generalist HR advisory experience
