The Office of the Deputy Director-General, Innovation is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, which provides a high level of executive and administrative support, strategic advice, and executive services to the Deputy Director-General, Innovation.
About you
- You'll have well-developed knowledge of operational HR management functions and contemporary HR activities, including HR systems, recruitment, case management, WHS, wellbeing and establishment management in a public sector context.
- You'll leverage your high-level research, analysis and problem-solving skills, and your ability to think critically, to support your stakeholders at various levels to successfully navigate both complexity and ambiguity.
- Building strong relationships founded on integrity is your superpower. You'll be brave (even if it's sometimes hard), resilient, and open to learning as well as supporting others at every opportunity.
- You'll be emotionally literate and will have learned how to manage stressful situations as needed. Mostly though, you'll love to contribute your skills and knowledge to support an incredible group of individuals to do their incredible work for the people of Queensland.
