The role

As our business undergoes rapid growth, we're excited to announce an opening for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Canning Vale. We're looking for a candidate who is deeply passionate about the significant role Human Resources plays in an organisation and who thrives on a hands-on approach in collaborating with stakeholders to improve employee relations throughout the company. Your role will also encompass a variety of other responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct and coordinate wide-ranging Human Resources projects and initiatives, supporting both national and international operations.

  • Lead the continuous improvement initiatives in the HR department, focusing on developing and implementing innovative HR processes and practices.
  • Oversee the National Apprentice Program, aligning it with organizational objectives and workforce development strategies.
  • Manage and drive HR-related projects, particularly those centered on organizational culture development and employee engagement.
  • Offer expert guidance and support in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including probation reviews, addressing grievances, and overseeing remuneration reviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address training and development needs, facilitating skill enhancement and career progression.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement – in addition to this, they will have;

  • Tertiary qualification related to Human Resources or equivalent (Essential).
  • 5+ years PQE or experience in a similar role.
  • A stickler for the finer details - accuracy of information will be essential.
  • Be highly experienced with MS Office Suite - specifically Excel.
  • Invested in building and fostering internal & external relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment - rapidly expanding business led by an Entrepreneur.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as as part of a team.

The Benefits of joining Access Group

  • A competitive remuneration based on your experience and qualifications.
  • The opportunity of working for a well-established, energized, and rapidly growing organisation.
  • Onsite gym with personal training offered every Monday.
  • Engaged national social club
  • A positive workplace with an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Inspirational leadership, that is eager to help you succeed.
  • Employee rewards program with quarterly rewards.
  • On-going external training to maintain professional development.
