I have a (Up to) 6-month role via Integrity Executive available for a Senior HR Business Partner (L7) in William Street, Perth.The suggested pay rate is $81.84 an hour plus super.Role summaryUndertakes a lead role as a People and Culture relationship manager for a designatedorganisational pillar, working closely with executive, managers and their leadership teamsto align employee management practices and culture change programs with businessobjectives, and provide business-partnering services on a broad range of HR relatedissues.Builds and maintains productive working relationships within the People and Culture teamand with other internal and external stakeholders in order to foster a business, employeeorientedand high-performance culture that emphasises the acquisition and ongoingdevelopment of a talented workforce to support the delivery of strategic objectives.Candidates are required to possess the skills and competencies outlined in the attached JDF (contact me for the JDF).
