A role has become available for a HR BP with a strong Talent Acquisition background who will be providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders across the business in NSW and lead Talent Acquisition nationally.About the roleReporting through to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Execute HR policies and pans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various matters
- Support change initiatives with support and guidance
- Implement Talent Management initiatives, programs, and processes across Australia
- Support Employee Development Reviews
- Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of recruitment and training in an effort to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Work closely with Managers to review staffing needs and provide Recruitment strategy and support
- Lead and engage employees towards best practice around Workplace Safety
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager
- Complete all recruitment and onboarding paperwork
- Experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HR BP min 4 years
- Although the position has no direct reports you will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence decisions and actions
- Industries employing a compliment of white and blue collar workforce essential, i.e. warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing or construction industries
- Sound knowledge of Industrial Relations
- The flexibility to travel interstate from time to time, although travel will be infrequent in the current climate
- Ability to work autonomously as you be working independent to your team and the corporate head offices interstate
