The Roles  

Managing large scale resource projects, from end to end, across various Australian industries, our Senior Hydrogeologists operate at the client interface, collaborating with a passionate team of groundwater specialists. Supported by a team that produces high quality results, in an environment of solidarity and innovation, you will assess the impacts of resource projects on groundwater systems; develop groundwater supplies for towns, villages, mines, irrigation, stock, and domestic purposes; manage dewatering and groundwater control needs around mines and deep excavations, and assess groundwater to assist in the development, management, and closure of landfills. We have 3 new roles available in our Brisbane office as part of our ongoing growth plans. 

To Be Successful...

You will have experience in managing projects from end to end, in the groundwater industry. You will require strong verbal and written communication skills and produce exemplary written reports. Our Senior Hydrogeologists undertake occasional field projects, and you will be willing to manage projects remotely and onsite. Script based modelling skills, or an appreciation of this approach would be highly regarded. Strength in people leadership will be valued and those interested in mentorship programs will have the opportunity to be part of AGE's Bespoke Leadership Development Program. Strong experience in groundwater management in mining operations will be complimented by some understanding of relevant State and Federal Government legislation. Knowledge of open pit and underground mining processes will be a strong advantage. You will be confident to liaise directly with key stakeholders and enrich the client relationship. Your input will be integral to continuing to build on our expertise and range of services as we continue to execute our 10-year strategic plan.

You will join forces with a team of Principal Consultants who have each worked in the groundwater industry for more than 25 years. After experiencing consistent growth over many years, we have a very healthy pipeline of groundwater projects and this role is an integral part of our current and future plans. 

This is a full-time stable role in a cohesive, family friendly team. Relocation support will be provided for interstate applicants.
