Senior Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities/Main Activities
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Hexagon’s PPM division empowers its clients to transform unstructured information into a smart digital asset to visualize, build, and manage structures and facilities of all complexities, ensuring safe and efficient operation throughout the entire lifecycle.
Individuals in this position are strategic advisors with solid industry and solution expertise who translate customer business objectives into desired outcomes using Hexagon solutions. Individuals in this position work mostly independently with some coaching.
Responsible for solution proposal, Requirements gathering, training and consulting services related to Hexagon ALI solutions and products, Works directly with client to manage initial assessment, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. May work directly with clients on-site or provide work remotely.
Responsibilities:

• Performs assignments that require the use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts of a professional Engineering and IT discipline
• Works with customer senior management to determine long-term goals by analyzing the client’s business and making recommendations for changes and improvements
• Defines digital transformation roadmaps for customers
• Actively and regularly meet with and present to clients
• Conduct technical demonstrations by providing support to presales presentations and product demonstrations
• Conduct basic, advanced, administration and customized customer training
• Provide solutions to highly complex customer application problems
• Provide advanced consulting services such as best practices implementation strategies, advanced solutions and integration with other applications
• May act as the functional lead on project implementations providing business case direction and guidance to the team
• Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizations that can be delivered
• Participate in projects at customer sites or remote
• Give creative solutions
• Train and mentor others on the functional expertise
• Engaged in documentation and procedures for legacy usage
• Support the solution architect on understanding the customer need in order to provide customized solutions

Qualifications and Experience Required
Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in a related technical discipline (ie Computer Science, Engineering, Project Controls, Construction management)
• Minimum of two years of specialized experience in Project Controls, Project management, Cost Control or Contract Management areas within relevant industries in Australia.
• Minimum of two years experience in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role
• A minimum of two years of specialized experience related to specific company or competitors’ software and solutions
• Assignments may be at a customer site or field office
• Previous experience with EcoSys or Enterprise Project Performance implementation projects.
