Hours per fortnight
73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation)
Duties
Provide high level Industrial Relations expertise and advice including interpretation, case management and advocacy in relation to the Department's Industrial Relations framework, lead and manage the Department's industrial negotiations, and to provide high level case management and consultancy services, advice and coaching in relation to people management matters.
Desirable Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related discipline
- A current driver's licence
