About the role

The Senior Infrastructure & Investment Analyst is responsible for driving commercial performance across the Infrastructure and Planning Group. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the financial and statistical reporting needs of the Group are met and providing the group with improved analytics allowing for data-based decision making.

Key deliverables associated with this role include supporting business case development, financial and project reporting, project analysis and forecast & budget management.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in doing great work. Tertiary qualified, you will have several years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting, as well as high level financial modelling, investment analysis, business case preparation and review.  Whilst not essential, it would be great if your experience also included capital works projects and capital planning as well as experience with gated reviews for financial approvals on capital works projects.

Ideally conversant with relevant financial practices relating to Capex and Opex in the project environment, you will have a strong working knowledge of excel and Power BI.  As you need to work closely with people in roles across the Infrastructure and Planning Group, you will enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.
