Redpath Partners are pleased to be partnering with GreenFort Capital for the recruitment of an Investment Analyst.  A unique opportunity to work on a range of real estate and private equity investments that includes multiple asset classes.

Client
GreenFort Capital (GreenFort) is a Real Estate investment management business based in Brisbane managing a large portfolio of operating and real estate assets. The group focuses upon the “living” sectors including, senior’s living, build to rent residential, social/disability housing, student accommodation, childcare, and other value add opportunities.

GreenFort’s transactions vary across both corporate and direct property deals, working with various private equity operating businesses to create real estate which affords unique human experiences.  The group undertake projects nationally, with a particular focus upon the Eastern Seaboard.

Role
As the Investment Analyst you will be responsible for all types of investment.  As well as providing general ongoing support to the Investment, Development and Finance Teams, your duties will also cover:
·        Investment/portfolio analysis and fund reporting
·        Annual financial and valuation reviews
·        Financial modelling, including assisting with budgeting processes
·        Running various sector research projects and compiling presentations
·        Monitoring and assisting with the planning and implementation of key strategic objectives
  
Person
The preferred candidate will have the following:
·        Industry experience of circa 2-4 years
·        Advanced financial modelling skills
·        Advanced understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
·        A self-starter, with an eagerness to work with an agile and growing team within the Real Estate sector
