About the role:

As a Senior Insolvency Manager you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial challenges.

Some responsibilities of the role:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business directors, providing them with expert advice and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic plans to address financial distress.
• Insolvency Solutions: Lead insolvency proceedings, including administration, liquidation, or company voluntary arrangements, while ensuring compliance with Australian insolvency legislation and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Grow a team as you see fit!
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including creditors, shareholders, and legal professionals, to facilitate successful insolvency proceedings and business turnarounds.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for clients, focusing on sustainable business growth and financial stability.

What you'll need to be considered for this role:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insolvency and business management.
• Recognized accounting and Australian insolvency qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
