Due to ongoing growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a Senior Manager in any of our 4 offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane).
We operate a collegiate work model where you will work directly with Principals and are actively encouraged to pursue your own career objectives.
In this role you will handle high profile, complex trade on and investigative matters. You will be provided with the opportunity to engage in the safe harbour process and additional advisory roles, reporting directly to the Firms Principals.
- Day to day oversight of a wide variety of large and SME formal insolvency appointments on behalf of the appointees
- Provide turnaround, restructuring and insolvency solutions to the firm’s client base
- Manage a team of junior team members providing guidance, advice and QA on the day-to-day requirements of the appointment
- Prepare reports to creditors, directors, financial institutions and investors
- Work with clients to achieve turnaround objectives
- Maintain register of appointments that the team is responsible for and ensure tasks and timelines are set weekly for the advancement of those appointments
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- You will be a motivated and analytical self-starter who enjoys learning new skills and applying them in a commercial and practical manner
- Well-developed insolvency technical knowledge and capable of managing files
- CA/CPA qualified
- ARITA qualified or working towards qualification
- Support for Senior Manager and Director staff to become a registered liquidator, trustee in bankruptcy or both for the right candidate
