We are experiencing rapid growth and would like a senior account manager to join in on the rewards of the growth. Extremely professional in all dealings and presentation. This role is very fast paced as like all Insurance Broking jobs. The volume of work, particularly new business is large and requires speed. Organisational skills are a must. This role is for brokers that want to focus on proper broking, and client relationships, not being bogged down with processing and invoicing.
Qualifications & experience
- Tier 1
- Tier 2
- Diploma preferred
- 5+ years experience in commercial account management
- Sales skills without sacrificing quality
- Salesforce experience ideal
- Insight use ideal
- Preferably experienced in broad industries
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- New business calls
- Inbound client request calls
- Management of book - size to be determined and flexible depending on the candidate
- Utilising and managing team of 4 assistants to fulfill role
- Commercial and residential inbound new business
- Meeting monthly KPI's for both renewals and new business
- CRM organisation
