We require someone who can have intelligent and vibrant conversations with clientele and has the ability to build a strong rapport with people from all walks of life.
You will be liaising with clients who are after a variety of general insurance solutions from home and contents, motor vehicles, farm and business insurance through to high net-worth corporate clients. Everyday will be different and will keep you on your toes.
You’re the type of person who can pick out a needle in a haystack, just like you would a decimal point in an excel spreadsheet.
You are someone who is highly proficient with your computer skills. To say it simply, you know the Microsoft suite like the back of your hand.
Your role will consist of maintaining incoming emails, supporting clients and liaising with the Brokers, record and data management, accessing the designated portals for clients and other ad-hoc duties.
A background in finance or Insurance would be ideal, however not essential. You may currently be working within an accounting or legal environment and wanting a change of scenery.
What would be the perfect trifecta is someone who is extremely competent, highly organised and willing to get in and learn from some of the best in the business.
