Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a formal inventory control program in our distribution centers.
- Execute formalised inventory procedures.
- Generate detailed cycle counts in order to provide measurable inventory results.
- Create inventory reports for both internal and external use.
- Assist in the optimisation of logistics processes.
- Identifies, prioritises, develops, and implements complex cross-functional inventory control processes.
- Improvement projects that include forward-thinking on project introduction/development/implementation.
- Communicate with various levels of CTDI Corporate management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met, and issues are resolved to include all service level commitments.
- Develop and implement strategies to simplify processes, improve accuracy, and improve operating efficiency.
- Performs audits to ensure compliance with all processes and to measure effectiveness.
- Manage and provide appropriate direction and support to team members to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control systems and procedures.
- Train, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations.
- Coach and counsel employees on performance deficiencies and document as required.
- Support and ensure compliance with CTDI safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OHS state workplace safety laws.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, or a similar financial-based field.
- 5+ years of inventory management experience, including:
- Oversight of inventories in high-volume operations.
- High SKU mix inventories.
- Establishing effective audit procedures.
- Establishing effective cycle counting procedures.
- Developing both detailed as well as executive-level reports.
- Experience with overseeing and managing Physical Inventories.
- Analytical skills to reconcile system to system inventories.
