The Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) has a permanent flexible full-time vacancy working as an AO6 Senior Investigations Officer – Complex.
This opportunity will see you based in our Brisbane CBD office, however you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid work week, with in office and remote working days available.
In this role, you will be making complex determinations, and/or conducting and leading complex audits and investigations, in relation to taxpayers’ compliance with Queensland’s revenue laws.
You will be using a risk-based revenue management approach to ensure compliance with tax obligations and legislation administered by QRO, you will be involved in identifying risks to revenue and making recommendations for the treatment of those risks and you will provide a leadership role within the division as a coach/mentor.
