Senior Investment Analyst

Having been set up just a few years ago, this funds management business is led by some of the highest profile leaders in the property space, boasting decades at the top of their industry. With a broad investment mandate backed by major institutional players, they are close to the launch of their first fund and plan to launch several more in the near future. At this pivotal moment in their short history they are moving to enhance their internal finance capabilities, with a new Head of Finance recently appointed, and are now seeking an FP&A Manager.

Key duties in this role will include:

• Responsible for the financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of Fund performance
• Preparation of Management, Board, and Investor reporting covering all aspects of Fund performance
• Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis including new product development
• Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, KPI's and reporting.
• Reconciliation of forecast and actual investment performance.
• Treasury reporting including cashflow forecasts, liquidity requirements and debt covenant compliance
• Liaising with the transaction team, investment partners and external service providers to source necessary investment financial information to track performance to complete reporting

You will be CA/CPA/CFA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong financial modelling skills; either as an Analyst within the property or funds management sector, or be making your first move from an Transactions Services/M&A role within a professional services firm
