This Asset Manager operates at the apex of capital markets across the domestic Australian market, with a instantly recognisable brand and an excellent reputation in the market for delivering results. This in an opportunity to join a market leader and a high-achieving team, helping support the team across OTC Derivatives, fixed income and Equities trading. This is a role in a dynamic team supporting Portfolio Managers to consistently achieve results.
Your new role
Working as a Senior Middle Office Associate you will be;
- Supporting portfolio managers across diverse portfolios of derivatives, fixed income and equities
- Settlement of various products including, OTC, Futures, equity trades ect…
- Liaising directly with external custodians to ensure that settlements are processed and remediated successfully
- Handle any queries from Portfolio Managers and support them in changes to portfolios
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Derivatives management of at least 5 years
- Knowledge of Bloomberg is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve in real time
- Knowledge of the fixed income and equities space
