Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets
- Meet and exceed minimum expectations for productivity measures
- Contacting prospects to qualify them and book them in for an initial appointment
- Siting with your prospective clients to induct them as Maple clients
- Keep detailed notes in the CRM for every attempted contact with a prospect
- Ensure accurate statistics are recorded and maintained in the CRM
- Prepare in advance for all daily huddles and check-ins with the team
- Contribute to the weekly team afterburner process by reflecting on personal and team performance in advance
- Consistent and effective communication of information flow up the chain

The ideal applicant for this role will likely already have been in the industry for at least 2-3 years, and understand the importance of being well-presented, organised, and self-driven. They will have well-established knowledge on property and investing and a long-term view of becoming one of Maple Investment Group’s top-performing Property Consultants.
A relevant to industry qualification is advantageous and equally as integral as having a passion for property and career growth.
