The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Project Manager to join our team based in Granville.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects, across manufacturing, warehouse management, business systems and IT service management domains. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals and driving the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project management from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of projects in the manufacturing & warehousing, business systems, IT infrastructure and IT service management domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.
- Mentor and guide project delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, driving successful organisational change with a focus on manufacturing, ERP, and warehouse management projects (in the Infor product suite) highly desirable.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proven knowledge and appreciation of IT infrastructure and service management based on ITIL.
- Solid understanding of ERP & MIS systems and their integration into manufacturing & warehousing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
