Senior It Systems Analyst (Wms)

u&u are partnering with a global leader in the supply chain and logistics domain, to recruit an experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst with a strong background in design, implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain solutions.

This is a permanent position based in Melbourne's Western suburbs with hybrid working arrangements. Our client is offering a highly competitive salary package which is flexible, dependent on experience.

About the role

As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will facilitate the design and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and are delivered within established timelines, scope, budget, and strategic parameters. Key aspects of this role include:

• Taking ownership of solution design, define requirements and configuration;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle;
• Lead a small technical team in understanding client requirements, along with executing the full implementation lifecycle;
• Conducting regular assessments of existing solutions to identify and implement improvements;
• Managing support issues and providing ongoing support for BAU systems; and
• Cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

About you

To thrive in this position, you will possess a background in the supply chain and logistics domain (or adjacent i.e., retail or manufacturing), and demonstrate the following skillset:

• 2+ years of experience with Manhattan Active.
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), encompassing design, configuration, and support;
• Experience managing and leading a small technical team through technical projects;
• Strong understanding and experience working through entire WMS integration lifecycles;
• Solutions implementation and integration experience or experience supporting such activities;
• A solid understanding of database design and SQL queries;
• Familiarity with network infrastructure is preferred but not mandatory; and
• Proven ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
