  About the opportunity In this senior role, you will be leading initiatives within the Disability Employment Services Program. Working in collaboration with the Program Manager, the Senior Job Coach will act as the first point of contact for the region and assist to guide participants to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.

In addition, the Senior Job Coach will take responsibility for: Recognising staff knowledge gaps and assisting with team training or knowledge sharing Undertaking case conferencing and reverse marketing sessions Source new business opportunities including opportunities for caseload building Documenting team performance and KPI forecasting About you Demonstrated experience in the employment services industry, preferably the DES program Proven ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people living with a disability A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of senior stakeholders Demonstrated track record in surpassing business targets and KPIs A valid Driver's License is a requirement for this position What we offer: An opportunity for a 9-day fortnight or an accrued day off every 4 weeks Enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits Discounted health and fitness programs through Fitness Passport
