Connect2Care is seeking a junior administrator who is looking for a foot in the door to an exciting industry and will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the business, particularly through the onboarding lifecycle, as well as the ongoing compliance and governance for existing staff members. Connect2Care will train the appropriate candidate in the scope of the NDIS, giving them the knowledge needed to provide appropriate assistance to our internal staff.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with onboarding queries from new starters
- Ensuring new starters have the relevant checks completed and are compliant to work
- Keeping the system up to date with any personnel changes
- Making sure new starters have their hardware ready for their first day
- Data entry and record keeping
- Adhoc reporting and tasks
This is an onsite role based in our head office in Caulfield.
Requirements
To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
- Experience in Administration (desirable)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
