An exciting opportunity for experienced and motivated Senior Land and Property Officer to fill PSO Level 6 positions for immediate commencement.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced applicant to the Senior Land and Property Officer role within the Major Health Projects and Infrastructure Directorate.
Ideally candidates for this role will have extensive experience in managing Land & Property projects and providing assistance and support on all forms of Land and Property matters, also this role develops, maintains, and promulgates policies and guidelines for the acquisition, disposal and leasing of Land and properties, and the provision of related advice, in particular on legal implications, for issues of a major and/or sensitive nature.
About the Team: The Major Health Projects and Infrastructure (MHPI) Directorate leads the development of strategies and planning of infrastructure assets for the system.
Infrastructure: Provides planning, management, evaluation, oversight, and quality assurance of ongoing infrastructure functions for the system. Teams within the Infrastructure branch include the Policy and Planning Team, Systemwide Programs and Projects (including responsibilities for management of medical equipment replacement programs), Asset Investment Evaluation and Reporting, and Grants and Special Agreements.
Major Health Projects: Supports the development and delivery of complex, high value major health projects, including the New Women’s and Babies Hospital Project, Bunbury and Geraldton Hospital Redevelopment Projects, and Peel Health Campus Transformation Project, and more.
