Your new role

The role will suit a professional with 10 years of experience, ideally with a horticulture qualification as well. We seek a dynamic, motivated and ambitious Senior Landscape Architect to lead the company in providing high-quality landscape services. Key attributes include:

• Landscape Architect and ideally horticulture qualifications

• Experience in land development and infrastructure projects
• Project and Construction management of landscape projects
• Lead and manage teams - be an active team member and mentoring staffs
• Project outcome-focused - program/cost/quality/safety and risk management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and client
• Continually improve systems/processes and an eye for innovation

This suits someone who is keen to establish themselves as a key contributor to the business. The ability to lead and build a team with the direct support of the Managing Director will be key.
