We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to join the team on a full-time ongoing basis at one of the Bowen Basin's most prestigious mine site.

Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of pre-strip mining activities within a haul truck environment.
Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high safety standards and driving productivity to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-strip mining activities with a keen eye for safety and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled operators to achieve daily targets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-strip mining.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to work on a 7/7 DN roster.
- Competitive salary of $79.65 per hour.
