We are looking for a someone to fill the role of a Senior Landscape Architect and progress into the role of Design Manager.

The role
As a Landscape Architect at Martin Brothers you will be an integral part of a skilled and committed team passionate about the landscape industry. This is a full-time role in Brisbane, working on medium to large scale commercial and residential projects.
In this role you will be asked to manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion, play a support role for the estimating and construction teams, and have the ability to manage and form ongoing relationships with clients and suppliers.
You will utilise your technical design skills to produce conceptual landscape plans through to detailed operational works landscape plans. The role also requires attending site visits, plant procurement, and working together with our office and site team to creatively problem solve.
Requirements
- Brisbane based.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
- A degree in Landscape Architecture, or similar.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD software, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own design projects.
- Strong plant knowledge.
- Detailed understanding of soft & hardscape elements.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Well developed graphic and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to form and manage ongoing relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Knowledge of council DA and OPW submissions and documentation.
- Self-motivated, well presented, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Queensland Construction White Card.
