An international leading planning and design firm continues to be instrumental in the most exciting and dynamic projects and are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their Sunshine Coast team.
The team works on a range of different projects for developers, contractors, consultants, as well as local authorities.
Your new role
This role is for a permanent, full-time Senior Landscape Architect, who will be responsible for the production of project documentation for a variety of different projects, delivering on time and on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes.
The role will have a diverse approach, working across local and regional projects. You will have a focus on landscape design, design development and documentation.
Responsibilities include;
- Preparation of design drawings
- Project contract administration
- Preparation of construction documentation
- Assistance with the preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions
- Performing site visits.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years experience working as a Landscape Architect
- Well-rounded experience of managing projects from inception to construction, including; producing designs, documentation, client coordination, estimation, tendering and contract administration.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards, preferably experience delivering projects in the Sunshine Coast Region.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Passionate and people driven.
