Senior Laser Technician / Skin Therapist

Are you an experienced Laser/Skin Therapist who is looking to work with an amazing team of inspiring women?!

We pride ourselves on providing quality and ongoing training for all staff throughout their employment. Ensuring growth in their education and skills.

As a Senior Laser Therapist you will:

• Work exclusively with our clients to help them through their skin journey
• Conduct comprehensive Laser Hair Removal consultations with the Observ
• Have at least 1 years experience in laser hair removal, this is a definite advantage - we perform Laser Hair Removal with our Cynosure Elite Plus Laser machine.
• Have a basic knowledge of skin and ingredient knowledge.
• Perform Level 1 clinical facial treatments including a range of chemical peels, LED, Laser Genesis by Cutera, HydraFacial.
• Work towards gaining knowledge of advanced skin treatments and skin ingredients.
• Create custom skincare regimes from some of the most advanced product ranges in the world including iS Clinical, Biopelle, Dermaceutics, and Saint Minerals
• Work with a passionate team that strives to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You are passionate about skin and truly believe in results-driven treatments. You will have:

• Minimum Cert 4 or Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy with previous work 
• Good communication skills and dedication to customer service
• Be confident in selling with a focus on achieving daily targets – we train you in our products, so you are confident to promote
• Experience and confidence with skin and/or laser treatments
• Be able to conduct skin and/or laser consultations – ongoing training will be given
• Must work efficiently within a team
• Experience with KPI's
• Positive and professional
