Position Summary: Supervise all on-site work to ensure the required quality and productivity are achieved within the specified timeframes. Receive and process client orders, coordinate tasks, and ensure strict compliance with safe work method statements and risk assessments.
Assist in the coordination, management, and scheduling of specific activities to optimize the use of equipment and resources, ensuring timely production. Collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and the internal team to attain productive outcomes. Prepare reports detailing completed work.
Experience/ Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in effectively coordinating and leading teams to meet client orders. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Leading Hand, with a strong emphasis on planning and coordinating assembly line operations. Proficiency in safely and efficiently leading teams, including inspecting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
A practical, hands-on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to take and follow directions. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Possession of a current forklift license. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Full working rights.
