- Base salary range: $106,775 – $116,709 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation

About the team
Campus Management is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research, and campus life. Campus Management delivers a range of University-wide services including strategic planning, property management, facilities operations, major projects and developments, sustainability, landscape, security, and transport.
About the opportunity
As the appointee you will, under broad direction, autonomously oversee and strategically direct the management of designated facilities. You will serve as a primary liaison for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive facility management.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned facilities, considering preventative maintenance, legislative compliance, and future needs
- Manage and oversee low risk facility improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Ensure assigned facilities comply with all relevant legislative, regulatory, and statutory requirements, mitigating safety and reputational risks
- Oversee the performance of contracted services to ensure quality and adherence to agreements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with assigned facilities, safeguarding the well-being of staff and students
- Collect, analyse, and report on facility data to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Provide mentorship and direction to the Campus Service Officer team, fostering efficient workflow and knowledge dissemination
