Salary- Front-end commercial contract negotiation on service provisions for national and international projects and programmes.
- Oversee and manage all legal matters during and throughout project duration, including dispute resolution when necessary.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders outside of Legal function, providing legal support for strategic growth.
- Provide support and insight to Claims and Dispute specialists when involved in complex disputes.
- Actively engage with the Regional (APAC and A/NZ) Legal teams to ensure work pipeline is efficiently managed, and contribute ideas to further develop legal function.
Required Experience:
- Qualified Lawyer with current practising certificate;
- Ideally 3-5 years of PQE - this can be from Private Practice or In-House
- Deep knowledge of Construction Law and the Construction Industry
- Excellent communication skills able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong, professional relationships.
- Comfortable to be in the office 3-4 days each week
- Working with Legal colleagues at different levels and jump into situations to offer support without prompting.
