An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant now exists. The firm are conveniently located in the heart of the CBD in modern offices. The Role Joining the firm as a Float Legal Assistant you will provide a variety of support to various teams based on business needs. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Diary and travel management
- Billing
- Drafting, formatting and amending documents
- Matter management
- Assist with events and firm functions
- Liaise with clients and third parties
The Candidate
To be successful for this position:
- Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with billing
- Experienced using industry specific software (legal)
