SalaryBased in the heart of Perth CBD, this leading national law firm pride themselves on their reputation and low staff turnover. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant now exists. The firm are conveniently located in the heart of the CBD in modern offices.
The Role
Joining the Corporate team working alongside a team of Legal Assistants this role will support 1 Partner and 1 Special Counsel closely whilst also providing ad hoc support to the wider team of lawyers working across a diverse range of matters with duties including:
- Diary and travel management
- Billing
- Drafting, formatting and amending documents
- Matter management
- Assist with events and firm functions
- Liaise with clients and third parties
The Candidate
To be successful for this position:
- Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- IT skills – confident working across Microsoft Office
