The Role:
This role is a full time position and will see you support the busy Litigation team. The firm are very welcoming and the team are supportive and dynamic. This role will see you as a true member of the hard-working and fast-paced team. Duties include:
- Travel Booking
- Preparing bills and financial reports
- Extensive diary and email management
- Expense processing
- Database maintenance

About You:
As this role lies in one of Australia's top law firms a legal background is essential. You will need 5 or more years experience as a Legal Assistant or legal secretary. High attention to detail and strong Microsoft office skills. A proven track record to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
