AddressA leading global mining services company is seeking a commercially astute in-house lawyer to join its Perth legal team.
About the RoleThis newly created position is critical in supporting the Australia West Legal & Commercial Team. Advising stakeholders across the business, you will complete a diverse range of commercial legal work. Some examples include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and subcontracts.
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on strategic contracts such as MOU’s and JV agreements.
- Compliance with health & safety requirements and corresponding with the Department of Mines.
- Advising on commercial and legal matters, as required.
We are interested in speaking with lawyers with 5-15+ years’ PAE in mining, construction, infrastructure, or related areas of law. Ideally, you will have prior experience working in-house or at top/mid-tier law firms.
Commencing as soon as possible, the contract term is a minimum of 3 months with the potential to be extended. Hourly/daily rates for the engagement linked to experience.
