ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a dedicated and seasoned Senior Lawyer specialising in Estate Planning and Estate Administration to become an integral part of their firm. This role is designed for a professional who is proficient in Australian estate law and knowledgeable about the intricate aspects of estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate administration.
» Guide clients through commercial leasing agreements.
» Navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
» Deal with complex land applications.
» Provide property due diligence and advice.
» Attend local government prosecutions and town planning disputes.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organisation’s objectives.
ABOUT YOU
Ideal skills
Have:
» +7/10 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE).
» Passion for navigating through complex legal landscapes.
» MS Office Proficiency.
» Strong Verbal and Written English Competencies.
