The Role
- Coordinate and book flights, tickets, hotels, and other travel services with precision and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate travel advice, tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for our VIP clients, delivering unparalleled customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a travel consultant, competent in both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in airfare ticketing, with hands-on experience using GDS systems.
- A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A knack for creative problem-solving and a forward-thinking approach to challenges.
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- An understanding, interest, or background in the sporting world (desirable but not essential).
