How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo at our largest production site, Allansford, just outside of Warrnambool. This role is a key member of the finance team that involves business partnering with the Site Operations team / Factory Managers to deliver our business strategy. As part of the site finance team, your role will provide accurate and transparent financials through insightful reporting (month end, forecasts, budgets), planning and governance processes as well as supporting key commercial activities including capital investment and cost improvement programs.
About you
You will be seeking a true business partnering environment where stakeholder engagement, proactive idea sharing and a factory floor presence are the norm. In addition, you will possess the following:Tertiary qualifications in Accounting (or similar)Prior experience within a production, manufacturing or related operations environment
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to add value through sound financial support systems
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiativesA CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
