My client are a unique, multinational retailer operating in over 20 countries and boasting an annual turnover in excess of $50B US. Constantly evolving, their Australian operation is projected to grow by a further 25% in the next 2 years.
The Senior Management Accountant is a newly created role within the FP&A team, and the requirements of the role include:
- Leading the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Variance analysis requirements
- Supporting the FP&A manager on business case preparation
- Business partnering to operations teams and providing financial feedback to key stakeholders
- Oversight, and mentorship of junior analysts and Management Accountant
- Collaborating with wider teams on future growth projects
You will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant with 6+ years experience and have spent time in a fast paced, commercial finance role with demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
