The Role
Due to expansion they are seeking a Senior National Acccount Manager to manage relationships and execute business priorities with national key pharmacy accounts. The successful candidate will have proven and demonstrated strength in understanding beauty, owning P&L's, explaining the vision and developing action plans to execute.
Key Responsibilities
- You will leverage your deep understanding of the beauty industry and strong negotiation skills to secure prime shelf space and drive sales growth.
- Lead new product launches alligned with strategic marketing campaigns, to advance & increase distribution & sales velocity with key accounts.
- Have & developexcellent relationships with the buying teams / senior management within pharmaceutical National Accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly company net sales and margin targets.
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG or beauty sector.
- You're a proven relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strategic mindset, a marketing mind and can develop and implement effective account management plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- You're a data whiz who can analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a self-motivated go-getter.
